Crown Prince condoles with Egyptian President

Manama, Dec. 11 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister sent a cable of condolences to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi over the victims of the terrorist explosion which targeted the Coptic Christian Cathedral in Abbasiyah, Cairo, leaving several people dead and others injured. HRH the Crown Prince extended deepest condolences to President al-Sisi, the Egyptian people and the victims’ bereaved families. He prayed to the Almighty to rest the souls of the deceased in eternal peace and give their bereaved families solace and fortitude, wishing the injured quick recovery. He strongly condemned such heinous attacks and reiterated Bahrain’s solidarity and support to Egypt in confronting terrorist acts, affirming deep-rooted fraternal and historic relations binding the two countries and peoples.
