King extends royal thanks

Manama, Dec.17 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa thanked the Royal Family for their congratulations, attendance and participation in the celebrations marking the anniversary of the establishment of the modern state of Bahrain as an Arab and Muslim country in 1783 by its founder Ahmed Al-Fateh, the 45th Anniversary of its accession to the UN as a full member and the 17th Anniversary of HM the King’s Accession to the Throne. Under order from HM the King, the Royal Court Minister extended thanks and appreciation to the Shura Council and Parliament Speakers and members, the Constitutional Court president and members, the Supreme Judicial Council members, ministers, governors, heads and members of the municipal councils, their executive bodies, ministers, enterprises, state institutions and private sector companies. The royal thanks were also extended to diplomats, citizens in Bahrain and abroad, heads of political societies, public institutions, heads and members of national clubs, sport associations, editors in chief and residents as well as all those who expressed congratulations on these national days.
