Arab Parliamentary Union condemns Jordan terrorist attack

NNA - The Arab Parliamentary Union issued a statement on Monday condemning the terrorist attack that struck Jordan yesterday in the city of Karak, calling on Arab and international efforts to multiply to fend off such acts. Several people were killed, including a Canadian tourist, when terrorists opened fire on police in Karak. "This terrorist act targets the security and stability of Jordan, and aims to terrify its residents." The statement offered deepest condolences to the families of the victims and voiced utmost solidarity with the Jordanian government and people.
