Royal support to housing schemes hailed

Manama, Dec. 24 (BNA): A tribute was paid to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa for supporting housing projects. Housing Minister Basim bin Yacoub Al-Hamer hailed the royal support which, he said, had a positive impact on the success of the Government, chaired by His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa. He also hailed His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier, lauding his keenness on fast-tracking housing services. In a statement today, the minister congratulated citizens whose documents have been officially approved, entitling them to owning either flats or housing units. Legal Affairs Chief Nawal Ali Abdullatif urged recipients to report to the ministry to receive their documents, pointing out that 395 ownership deeds are yet to be handed over to their recipients.
