Dragon City marks first anniversary

Manama, Dec. 27 (BNA): The Dragon City celebrated its first anniversary on the , the business hub attracted customers from Bahrain and other GCC countries to do their shopping. Addressing a press conference marking the 1st anniversary, Diyar Al-Muharraq Investment and Asset management director, Ahmed Ali Al-Emadi announced that more investments would be pumped in the project in the coming years. Present were Royal Charity Organisation (RCO) Deputy Secretary-General Youssef Al-Yacoub, Industry, Commerce and Tourism Ministry Assistant Undersecretary for Domestic Trade Hameed Youssef Rahma, RCO human resources director Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa, Dragon City officials, owners of shops and representatives of Diyar Al-Muharraq. A documentary film showcasing the achievements of the Dragon City was also shown on the sidelines of the press conference. In a statement to Bahrain News Agency (BNA), Dragon City deputy general-manager Zeid Kong stressed the crucial role of the business hub in bolstering the volume of trade exchanges between China and Bahrain.
