BDF Commander-in-Chief receives Eastern Province Commander

Manama, Jan. 18 (BNA): Commander-in-Chief of Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa received Major General Mutlaq bin Salem Al Azima, the Commander of the Eastern Province in the Saudi Armed Forces, in the presence of the BDF Chief of staff, Lt. General Dhiab bin Saqr Nuaimi. Shaikh Khalifa hailed the strong and outstanding relations between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia and stressed that their robustness emanated from the great and steady keenness of the leaders in both kingdoms on developing them in all areas, including the military field. Several issues of shared concern were also reviewed. The meeting was attended by the head of the Office of the General Command, Major General Hassan Mohamed Saad, and the Inspector General, Maj. Gen. Abdullah Hassan Al Nuaimi.
