Bahrain, Turkey visa memo hailed

Manama, Feb. 14 (BNA): The Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed that the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Bahrain and Turkey, which was signed during the recent visit of the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to Bahrain on mutual exemption of visa fees for holders of ordinary passports, is one of the dividends of this auspicious visit. The memo, it added, reflected the tireless efforts to boost cooperation and establish an outstanding strategic partnership based on strong and long-standing historic relations between the two countries and peoples as well as mutual respect. The ministry pointed out that the MoU will be enforced upon completion of legal requirements by both countries as this MoU represents an important step toward strengthening bilateral relations.
