AlloyMtd To Launch London Property Sale Next Month

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 16 (Bernama) -- Malaysian conglomerate, AlloyMtd Group, will launch the residential sales of One Crown Place, a major new mixed-use scheme on the edge of the City of London, in Asia next month. In a statement Thursday, AlloyMtd said, the project, located in London's historic Sun Street, was set to deliver 246 private apartments, a boutique hotel, 140,000 sq ft premium office space, 7,000 sq ft of retail units and a fully restored historic Georgian terrace as part of the scheme. "A selection of homes, priced from £735,000 (£1 = RM5.53) for one-bedroom apartment, will be available at the launch. "The first residents will move in upon completion in summer 2020," it said. --BERNAMA
