Commander-in-chief receives Kuwaiti parliamentary delegation

Manama, Feb. 20 (BNA): Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, received here today a Kuwaiti parliamentary delegation, led by National Assembly Speaker, Marzouq Ali Al-Ghanim. Speaker of the Council of Representatives, Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Mulla, BDF Chief of Staff, Lieutenant-General Dheyab bin Saqr Al-Noaimi, and the Kuwaiti Ambassador to Bahrain, Shaikh Azzam bin Mubarak Al-Sabah, were present. The commander-in-chief lauded the deep-rooted Bahraini-Kuwaiti relations, hailing the steady growth of bilateral ties thanks to the support of the two brotherly countries' leaderships. Issues of common interest were also reviewed. BDF General Command's Court Director Major General Hassan Mohammed Sa'ad, Inspector General Major General Abdullah Hassan Al Noaimi, Assistant Chief of Staff for Supply and Catering Rear Admiral Yusef Ahmed Malallah, Military Cooperation Director Rear Admiral Mohammed Hashim Al-Sada, and Director of Military Judiciary and President of the Military Court of Cassation, Brigadier-General Youssef Rashid Flaifal, attended.
