Crown Prince's official visit to Kuwait hailed

Manama, Feb. 28 (BNA): The visit by HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister scheduled to Kuwait on Tuesday will solidify brotherly relations between the two Gulf countries, said the Kuwaiti ambassador in Manama. Shaikh Azzam Al-Sabah said in a statement that Crown Prince Salman's visit highlights the distinguished and brotherly bonds between the two countries, according to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA). During his two-day official visit, the Crown Prince will hold talks with top Kuwaiti officials on means of strengthening the special ties between the two countries. Kuwait and Bahrain are member states of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), founded in 1981 with aim of boosting ties and cooperation among the six regional countries: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, KUNA reported.
