Parliamentary delegation to visit Thailand

Manama, Feb. 28 (BNA): Speaker Ahmed Ibrahim Al Mulla will on Wednesday head a Bahraini parliamentary delegation on an official visit to Thailand at the invitation of his Thai counterpart. The MPs' visit to Bangkok is part of the series of visits between the two countries to widen parliamentary cooperation and exchange expertise. The delegation is scheduled to meet Thailand's Prime Minister and its Parliament Speaker and to hold a series of meetings with the chairman and members of the Bahrain-Thai Friendship Committee as well as tour development projects in the country. The two sides will consult on various issues of shared interest.
