Price of oil adjusted to increase
(KPL) The prices of special and regular benzenes in Laos have been adjusted to increase for two times last month due to adjustment price of importing oil.
As the price of diesel has been adjusted to decrease is in accordance with the price of world market.
The adjustment made in response to the proposal of Fuel and Gas Group to the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
The benzene prices have been amended to increase between 340-390 kip per litre. The price of petrol is available for sale in Vientiane 6,480 kip per litre, from 6,130 kip per litre.
At the same time, the diesel price per litre has been adjusted to decline between 140-160 kip per thus it is on sale at 5,400 kip per litre. The adjustment of oil price in Laos was to conduct on 29 January.
