Labour law, regulations awareness highlighted

Manama, Mar. 22 (BNA): Labour and Social Development Minister Jameel Humaidan met Ambassador of the People's Republic of Bangladesh to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Momin Rahman. The two sides reviewed the bilateral ties in various fields, especially regarding labour and social development, increasing the awareness of Bangladeshi workers regarding the labour regulations and work permits to ensure their compliance which will ensure the labour market stability. The ambassador praised the advanced level of bilateral relations between his country and the Kingdom of Bahrain, lauding the protection and care afforded by the Kingdom of Bahrain's government and people to the Bangladeshi community and workers in Bahrain.
