BRAVE returns to Asia from Abu Dhabi

Manama, Mar. 26 (BNA): The Brave Fighting Championship returns to Asia, specifically to the Middle East, with the fourth edition held by the Emirati capital Abu Dhabi on Friday, March 31st, at the IPIC Arena in Zayed Sports City.
The South American continent hosted the third edition of the championship on March 18th, in the city of Curitiba, Brazil. This was the first time, since the launch of this event to organize competitions in various foreign countries, under the directives of Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy President of the Supreme Council for Youth, Honorary President of the Bahrain Martial Arts Federation, founder of Khalid Bin Hamad Mixed Martial Arts (KHK MMA), with the aim to introduce and promote Bahrain’s capability, to present ideas and initiatives for the organisation of various sports events and championships, which push for the advancement of various sports, especially mixed martial arts, and strengthening Bahrain’s position on the international sports map.
The championship will see participation from the strongest and fiercest fighters around the world, including Mexican fighter Masio Fullen and Algerian fighter Elias Boudegzdame, who will face off in the main match of this edition, as well as Jordanian fighters Abdulkareem Al Selwadyi, Jarrah Al Selawi, Lebanese fighters Mohammad Fakhreddine, Moroccan fighter Ottman Azaita and Brazillian fighter Marcos Cruz.
The championship is expected to start today with the arrival of the fighters, followed by the registration, medical examination, live broadcast of the weight check and the media confrontations by the fighters. The fourth edition of the championship is expected to witness a large audience of fans and Mixed Martial Arts enthusiasts from the GCC region as well as other Arab countries, especially with the prominent Arab presence in this global sports gathering.
