Azerbaijani photographer becomes second in international contest in Bulgaria

Sophia, April 11, AZERTAC Azerbaijni photographer Rashad Mehdiyev has won the second place in VOUBS International Photography Awards contest in Sophia, Bulgaria. Photographers around the world participated in the International Photography Awards – VIPA 2016. VIPA 2016 searched the best photographers at international level.
