Lifestyle Conference to open on Thursday

Manama, Apr.17(BNA): The organisers of The Dentist's Lifestyle Conference and Exhibition (DLS 2017) announced that dentists from 20 countries across the world are taking part in the event being held under the patronage of Lieutenant General Doctor Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, President of the Supreme Council for Health on April 20-21 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre (BIECC). The event aims to showcase the importance of providing the dentists a healthy lifestyle, which help increasing their working level. It also provides a networking platform for the dentists at the Kingdom of Bahrain to strengthen relations and exchange experiences. Further, it focuses on the importance of the social media platforms in dentists’ life in terms of showing their medical skills and strengthening relations with patients. On the other hand, the DLS 2017 aims to support the national efforts in promoting the medical tourism in Bahrain by making the Kingdom a leading destination for dentistry, in addition to convoying Bahrain’s massive development in terms of the advanced legislative and regularity environment, and the expansion of dental clinics and centers providing a wide range of services. The DLS 2017 was approved by The National Health Regulatory Authority in Bahrain, and equals 15 academic hours. It is also approved by the Saudi Dental Society. The DLS 2017 conference sessions will be moderated by international experts and professionals in Medicine and Dental. The conference also includes a series of lectures, workshops and meetings highlighting the recent development in the Dental field, as well as discussing the latest academic and professional practices. Moreover, the conference highlights the dentists’ academic, social and work life in addition to featuring a panel discussion for well-knows health care figures including Dr. Majd Naji, Dr. Mamdouh Ashy and Sami Al Haddad. In the sidelines of the conference, an exhibition will be held bringing together various companies from Bahrain, GCC countries and the United States to showcase their products. Moreover, the exhibition attracts suppliers in Medicine, Dental and Health and Nutrition among other sectors that matter to dentists.
