Bahrain-Bangladesh ties reviewed

Manama, Apr. 18 (BNA): Labour and Social Development Minister Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan met a high-level delegation from the People's Republic of Bangladesh's Ministry of Expatriates Welfare and Overseas Employment. The two sides reviewed the cooperation ties in various fields and ways of boosting these ties especially pertaining to labour relations. The Bangladeshi delegation praised the cooperation on the part of the Ministry and the Labour Market Authority (LMRA), noting the Kingdom's progress in all fields and lauding the positive initiatives and labour regulations that protect workers' rights. The visiting delegation commended the technical assistance, simplified and easy procedures made available to Bangladeshi community members that ensure their rights, wishing Bahrain more progress and prosperity.
