The U.S. scenario for aggression and domination of its nuclear policy remains unchanged as it regards nuclear weapons as all-round means necessary to violate the sovereignty of different countries. The U.S. is the arch criminal escalating the arms race and increasing the danger of a nuclear war. The only way to defuse the danger of a nuclear war and preserve peace on the Korean peninsula is for the DPRK to bolster up nuclear deterrent for self-defense at the rapid speed.
