Valdis Zatlers: Baku Global Young Leaders Forum is a new platform for youth to meet with experienced people

Baku, August 21, AZERTAC “The Global Young Leaders Forum is a new platform for the youth to meet with experienced people representing cultures of different countries,” said former president of Latvia Valdis Zatlers as he addressed the opening ceremony of the forum in Baku. He said the forum defines the role of young people in the world. Zatlers hailed Azerbaijan`s experience in hosting high-profile international events. “This event is a new idea that involves young people. Using this opportunity young leaders can benefit from experience of well-known political figures and statesmen,” the former Latvian leader added.
