Azerbaijani FM heads to Russia

Baku, December 4, AZERTAC Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has departed for a working visit to the Russian Federation to attend the 7th ministerial meeting of the Caspian littoral states to be held in Moscow, December 4-5. Mammadyarov will deliver a speech at the meeting.
