Thai futsal players head for Spain for performance tests

BANGKOK, Feb 22 (TNA) -- Muhammad Osamanmusa and Ronnachai Jungwongsuk, players of Thailand’s national futsal team, will leave for Spain for their possible participation in the Santiago Futsal club. Adisak Benjasiriwan, futsal development president of the Football Association of Thailand, and Miguel Fernandez, general manager of the Santiago Futsal club, told the press that both players would have their performances tested for two weeks in early March. If they pass the tests, they will be contracted to play in the top futsal league of Spain. If both players joined the league, they would make a historic development of the Thai futsal circle and gain valuable experiences for the future development of Thai futsal, Mr Adisak said. Mr Fernandez said both players had the possibility to pass the tests. Muhammad had a high chance to make it as he had monitored the performances of Muhammad for a long time, Mr Fernandez said. (TNA)
