Bahrain marks Gulf Creativity and Talent Day

Manama, Mar. 4 (BNA): Bahrain marked today the Gulf Creativity and Talent Day with the Education Ministry opening in its hall in Isa Town the first Talent Forum under the theme "The Gifted The Future of Bahrain". A number of experts and specialised academics will present various work papers on caring for talented students. Students, including those with special needs, will also shed light on their stories of success. A gallery for talented students at drawing, fine arts and music from public and private schools will also be organised on the sidelines of the event.
Attending the opening ceremony, Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Al Nuaimi described national talents as a big asset, highlighting the measures taken by the ministry to discover them and hone their talents. He also underlined keenness on ensuring creativity in education while applying the initiatives of the National Project for Education and Training Development. He praised the efforts of all participants in the celebration, expressing hope the forum will provide new visions to back the ministry’s efforts in caring for gifted students.
The Education Minister honoured speakers at the forum, participants and the organising parties of the celebration.
