King receives letter form Kuwaiti Amir

Manama, Mar. 4 (BNA): HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today received a letter from HH the Amir of Kuwait Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jabir Al Sabah on the longstanding bilateral relations, latest regional and global developments and topics of joint interests. HM the King today at the Safriyah Palace received Kuwait’s Deputy Minister of the Amiri Diwan Affairs, Shaikh Mohammed Al Abdullah Al Mubarak Al Sabah, who handed the letter over to HM the King and conveyed greetings of HH the Kuwaiti Amir. HM the King welcomed the Kuwaiti official and asked him to convey his greetings to HH the Kuwaiti Amir and to the people of Kuwait wishes of further progress and wellbeing. HM the King pointed out the Kuwaiti leader’s interest in boosting the historical bilateral relations and role in defending Arab, Islamic and humanitarian issues. Kuwait’s Deputy Minister of the Amiri Diwan Affairs was welcomed upon arrival in Bahrain by HM the King's Representative for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of Bahrain Olympic Committee, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and Kuwait’s Ambassador to Bahrain, Shaikh Azzam Mubarak Al Sabah.
