Slovak observer: Azerbaijani voters freely expressed their will

Baku, April 12, AZERTAC “Voters freely express their will and cast their ballots for their candidate,” said Slovak observer Peter Marcek who monitored the presidential election in Azerbaijan. He said the voting was excellently organized, and congratulated the Azerbaijani people on democratic elections.
