Bangladeshi MP: Transparent elections in Azerbaijan may serve as example to other countries

Baku, April 12, AZERTAC “We witnessed the transparent and democratic election process at all the polling stations we visited,” member of the Bangladeshi Parliament, Nazrul Islam Choudhuri, said at a press conference on the outcomes of the monitoring. Special representative of the Chairman of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly, a member of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, MP Burhan Kayaturk said that the voters were free to use their voting rights. “Along with us, many international observers watched the voting process. The election was held in a fair and transparent manner and in accordance with law. We hope that the results of these elections will be beneficial for the Azerbaijani people,” the observers stressed.
