FIDE chief to attend opening ceremony of Shamkir Chess 2018 tournament

Shamkir, April 18, AZERTAC President of the International Chess Federation (FIDE) Kirsan Ilyumzhinov will participate in the opening ceremony of Shamkir Chess 2018 International chess tournament commemorating international grandmaster Vugar Hashimov. The opening ceremony will be held at Heydar Aliyev Center in Shamkir on April 18.
