Mikhail Bocharnikov appointed as Russian ambassador to Azerbaijan

Moscow, May 30, AZERTAC Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed an order appointing Mikhail Bocharnikov as the country’s ambassador to Azerbaijan. A graduate of Moscow State Institute of International Relations, Bocharnikov previously served at the USSR`s embassies in Ethiopia and Zimbabwe, and as Russian ambassador to Greece and Kazakhstan.
