HRH the Crown Prince receives Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF)

Manama, July 2 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister today received His Excellency Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), at Riffa Palace. HRH the Crown Prince commended the Commander-in-Chief’s commitment to further developing the operational readiness of the BDF. HRH emphasised the important role the BDF plays in safeguarding regional security and the Kingdom's continued prosperity, and stressed His Majesty the King’s ongoing support for the BDF’s operational development efforts. HE the Commander-in-Chief expressed his sincere gratitude to HRH the Crown Prince for his crucial support and significant efforts to develop the BDF, under the leadership of HM King Hamad.
