THAI cancels some flights to Hong Kong

BANGKOK, Sept 15 (TNA) - Thai Airways International (THAI) has cancelled some flights between Bangkok to Hong Kong from Saturday to next Monday after Typhoon Mangkut has slammed the Philippines, according to THAI announcement. Fearing of severe impact, THAI has decided to cancel and reschedule some of its flights from the Thai capital to Hong Kong. However, the airline plans to provide larger planes if the situation is not too serious to ensure that no passengers are left stranded at airports. Passengers of THAI planning to travel to Hong Kong between September 15–18 could change flights by informing the airline office within next Tuesday without additional charges. (TNA)
