HRH Crown Prince meets HH Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi, Sept.24 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister today met His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces at the Sea Palace Majlis in Abu Dhabi. During the meeting, His Royal Highness and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan discussed historic bilateral ties, and emphasised the crucial role of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the President of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in strengthening these ties to advance shared interests between the two countries His Royal Highness stressed the importance of building on and expanding the existing solid base of cooperation between Bahrain and the UAE on mutual areas of interest. His Royal Highness highlighted that the UAE's commitment to combatting all forms of terrorism both regionally and internationally, reflects its increasing role in further strengthening international collaboration to maintain regional and global security His Royal Highness went on to praise the UAE's efforts in supporting shared goals of development and collaborative programmes across the region His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan welcomed His Royal Highness’s visit, and praised the strength of bilateral ties between the UAE and Bahrain Royal family members of the UAE and senior Emirati officials, His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, the Deputy Prime Minister of Bahrain, and a number of senior Bahraini officials also attended the meeting.
