Bahrain attends Arab special education forum

Cairo, Oct.1 (BNA): The first Arab Forum of Special Education Schools opened today in Cairo, under the patronage of Egyptian President Abdul Fattah Al-Sisi. The Ministry of Education is holding the five-day symposium, which runs until Friday (October5), in the presence of officials representing several Arab states. Egyptian Prime Dr. Mustapha Madbouli paid a visit to Sharm Al-Sheikh Languages School, in the presence of Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi, his Egyptian counterpart Dr. Tariq Shawki and other Egyptian officials. The focus of the visit was on development projects benefiting students with special needs – including school curricula and the use of the electronically-supported learning. Dr. Al-Nuaimi hailed the development projects spearheaded Sharm Al-Sheikh Languages School as part of efforts to enhance the standard of educational services and provide programmes that cater to students with special needs.
