BDF honours Duty Force participants

Manama, Oct. 8 (BNA): The Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) honoured today the Royal Artillery’s Duty Force group participating in the Saudi-led Arab Coalition Forces in support of the legitimacy in Yemen, in the presence of Major-General Abdullah Hassan Al Nuaimi, the Inspector-General. The unit’s commander delivered a speech in which he thanked the officials of the BDF General Command led by the BDF Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, for their continuous support to all of the BDF units and forces participating in the BDF’s Duty Force. The Inspector-General handed the badges granted by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa The Supreme Commander, to officers, NCOs and personnel participating in the BDF’s Duty Force, in appreciation for their patriotic efforts and heroic role in defending the legitimacy in the brotherly Yemen Republic and the right, noting their high morale spirits, professionalism, and discipline in the performance of their mission. In conclusion of the ceremony, the Inspector-General conveyed the greetings of the BDF Commander-in-Chief to the honourees and his appreciation of their plausible sacrifices and services, wishing them success in their duty and the achievement of victory along with the brotherly participating forces.
