Saudi Arab, Islamic role stressed

Manama, Oct. 16 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received at Gudaibiya Palace today His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier. They underlined the status of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a global political and economic power, stressing its influential Arab and Islamic role. They pointed out the importance of the Future Investment Initiative forum, which will be hosted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in exploring future economic opportunities in the region and the world. HRH the Crown Prince will head Bahrain's delegation to the summit which aims to boost international investment cooperation and economic development. HRH the Premier and HRH the Crown Prince reiterated Bahrain's full support to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They also reviewed regional and international issues, underlining the importance of international coordination to serve stability and growth.
