Bahrain condemns terrorist bombing in Afghanistan

Manama, Oct.21 (BNA): The Kingdom of Bahrain condemned the terrorist bombings targeting a number of polling stations in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, which resulted in the death and injury of a number of persons during their voting process in the parliamentary elections. The Foreign Ministry expressed its deep condolences to the families of the victims, and wished a speedy recovery to all those injured as a result of this heinous act.  It reaffirmed Bahrain’s solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and its support for its security and stability.   It also renewed the stance of the Kingdom of Bahrain, which rejects all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism, urging international concerted efforts to eliminate terrorism, which is considered a huge threat to the security and stability of the world.
