Bahrain Royal Court special envoy receives N. Arabia vicar

Manama, Oct. 24 (BNA): Royal Court’s Special Envoy Sameera Ebrahim bin Rajab today received Vicar Camillo Ballin of the Apostolic Vicariate of Northern Arabia. The meeting discussed several topics and hailed His Majesty the King keenness on confirming and promoting the spirit of interfaith tolerance and peaceful coexistence among followers of the various creeds in our beloved Kingdom’s territories. The special envoy said Bahrain has been the oasis of tolerance and co-existence throughout the ages witnesses the existence of people from all the world's nationalities living on this land without any discrimination and who perform religious rituals and worship in full liberty. The apostolic vicar expressed his gratitude and appreciation of His Majesty the King for supporting the cathedral, and lauded the spirit of genuineness and love characteristic of the Bahraini people as well as Bahrain’s moderate and pivotal role to ensure the freedom of worshipping and religious beliefs that made Bahrain the model of coexistence and amity among all.
