Supreme Environment Council's CEO attends Future Investment Initiative

Riyadh, Oct. 25 (BNA): The CEO of the Supreme Council for Environment, Dr. Mohammed Bin Daina, today attended the 2018 Future Investment Initiative (FII) as part of Bahrain’s delegation led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander, and First Deputy Prime Minister. The 2018 FII is being held under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and the chairmanship of HRH Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. The CEO emphasised Saudi Arabia’s role in advancing long-term development across the region, including supporting effective policies to tackle environmental challenges. The CEO pointed out that strengthening environmental protection represents a crucial development priority, adding that FII acts as an important launch-pad for investment opportunities in the field. The CEO concluded by highlighting ongoing collaboration with Saudi Arabia on a range of initiatives designed to strengthen environmental protection in both countries and the wider region.
