11 countries to participate in Chocolate, Coffee Expo

Manama, Nov. 5 (BNA): Bidayaat chief executive Mrs. Yasmeen Jamal, organizer of Chocolate and Coffee Expo 2018, said that the third edition of the expo attracted participations for five Arab countries: Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Jordan and Palestine, four European countries including; Italy, Spain, Azerbaijan and Greece and two Asian countries: Malesia and Indonesia. Booths are almost fully reserved at the expo that will be held under the patronage of Bahrain Tourism and Exhibition Authority, (BTEA) Chief Executive Officer Shaikh Khalid Bin Humood Al-Khalifa, the three-day event will open on December 6 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre (BIECC). "foreign exhibitors’ presence in the promising Bahraini chocolate and coffee expo, will help them further in networking with companies in the same field, where the latest report issued by the Economic Development Board show investors topped the economic growth by 9.5 pc in 2017." Said Mrs. Jamal. She added "this comes within the framework of the Bahrain Chocolate and Coffee Exhibition to attract companies and investors from different countries around the world, in line with the national efforts to diversify the global economic partnerships of the Kingdom of Bahrain." She also pointed out that entertainment activities inspired by world of chocolate and coffee industry as well as hosting musical groups, drawing with coffee competitions, tastes competitions and launching products for the first time in Bahrain and the region created by Bahraini entrepreneurs working in accordance to international standards. Moreover, the event will feature a Health corner to host health experts to talk about the best health tips and medical advice related to Coffee and Chocolate.
