HM the King of Bahrain hails BIAS success

Manama, (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa has received at the Sakhir Airbase BAE Systems Group Business Development director Alan Garwood, Airbus Managing Director Airbus Middle East. Africa Fouad Attar and Boeing Regional Director Bernard Dan, marking their participation in the Bahrain International Air Show BIAS 2018) in its fifth edition. HM the King welcomed them all and thanked them for their companies’ participation in BIAS 2018 to showcase their advanced inventions and cutting edge civil and military technologies. He stressed the importance of such global exhibitions which represent specialized platforms to showcase latest cutting edge aeronautical technologies, acquire knowledge and exchange expertise regarding new technologies. HM the King hailed BIAS sustained success and continuous participation of leading international aeronautical companies, which reflects Bahrain’s keenness on developing the sector of aviation and air navigation and promoting aeronautical investments, stressing the importance of keeping abreast of cutting edge modern technologies. The guests expressed their thanks and appreciation to HM the King for the warm welcome, hailing Bahrain’s efforts to organize the exhibition. They stressed BIAS success in attracting a growing number of leading international companies and exhibitors.
