HRH Premier thanked by SCH president

Manama, Nov. 19 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has received a cable from the President of the Supreme Council for Health (SCH), Lieutenant-General Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulla Al Khalifa. The SCH president extended to HRH the Prime Minister sincere thanks, appreciation and gratitude for patronising the first GCC Health Insurance Conference and Exhibition, held recently in the kingdom with the participation of the health ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, in additions to UN and international health experts. He expressed pride in the Premier’s patronage of the event, noting that the kind gesture reflects the Prime Minister’s constant support for the health sector and its role in delivering services and facilities to the citizens and residents to achieve sustainable development goals. It also reflects the Premier’s keenness to attract specialised medical conferences to the kingdom to pave the way for international medical experts and competencies to exchange experiences, as well as to enhance Bahrain’s efforts to build regional and international partnerships to ensure the sustainability of medical services, he said. He pledged to continue implementing HRH Premier’s sound directives to serve top national interests and highlight the kingdom’s achievements. He wished HRH Premier abundant and happiness, and the kingdom further progress and prosperity, during His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s prosperous era.
