Bahrain participates in GCC Trade Cooperation Committee meeting

Kuwait, Nov. 18 (BNA): Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, Zayed bin Rashid Al Zayani, chaired Bahrain’s delegation in the 56th GCC Trade Cooperation Committee meeting held today in Kuwait. The meeting focused on amendments to a number of trade laws and regulations, chiefly Unified Law, combating commercial fraud, trademarks and competition law, entrepreneurial initiatives for small and medium-sized enterprises, in addition to recommendations of the GCC’s WTO Committee and responsibilities of the GCC Patent Office.
