HRH Premier, Saudi CP hold talks, reiterate mutual support

Manama, Nov. 26 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa today paid a visit to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of Saudi Arabia. Their royal highnesses held talks on the solid longstanding relations and progressing cooperation between the two countries. They highlighted the strong kinship bonds and joint historical stances, which are the bases to the durable bilateral relations. They noted the huge challenges the two kingdoms have faced together and expressed their categorical rejection of all practices that target the region’s security and unity. HRH the Prime Minister praised the Saudi Crown Prince’s ambitious modernization policies. The Saudi Crown Prince pointed out that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques looks with great appreciation to HRH the Prime Minister, saying that he follows in the footsteps of his predecessors of the Saudi leaders with regard to maintaining the brotherly relations with Bahrain. HRH the Prime Minister expressed appreciation of the Saudi supportive stances and said the two kingdoms would remain as always standing by each other. He emphasized that Saudi Arabia is the bulwark to protect Arab and Islamic nations, and that any attempt to target it should be encountered by Arab and Islamic nations. Regional and global developments were reviewed, in addition to topics of joint interests.
