Readout of HRH Crown Prince’s meeting with HRH the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia

Manama, Nov. 26 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister today met His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense. During the meeting, HRH the Crown Prince highlighted the longstanding bilateral ties between the Kingdoms of Bahrain and Saudi Arabia underpinned by HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud's, joint commitment to advance cooperation. HRH the Crown Prince went on noting that the two Kingdoms’ shared interests and aligned strategic visions continues to positively impact the region’s future development and progress. HRH the Crown Prince also underscored the fundamental role the two Kingdoms’ cooperation plays in mitigating common threats and challenges. In return, HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud expressed his appreciation to HRH the Crown Prince for supporting the Kingdoms’ strong and enduring strategic partnership, wishing Bahrain continuous progress and prosperity. The Representative of HM the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Minister of Forign Affairs, HE Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, and a number of senior government officials, also attended the meeting.
