HRH Premier of Bahrain hails Bahrain-Thai cooperation

Manama, Dec.5 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa hailed strong bilateral relations and steadily growing cooperation binding Bahrain and Thailand. He extended congratulations to Thai King Maha Vajiralongkorn, Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-o-cha and the friendly Thai people on their country’s National Day, wishing them further progress and prosperity.
HRH the Premier made the statement as he attended today a ceremony held at the Crowne Plaza marking the Thai National Day. Thai Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain Thanis Na Songkhla hosted the ceremony, which was attended by senior officials, ambassadors accredited to Bahrain, journalists, media figures and invitees.
HRH the Premier stressed his keenness on attending the ceremony, hailing strong bilateral relations with the Kingdom of Thailand and its friendly people. He hailed the advanced level of cooperation between Bahrain and Thailand in all fields, which reflects outstanding bilateral relations, based on understanding and mutual respect.
He reiterated Bahrain’s keenness on expanding the scope of cooperation in various sectors, to consolidate joint partnership and meet shared aspirations between the two friendly countries and peoples. He recalled the successful visit of Thai Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-o-cha to Bahrain last year, hailing the outstanding results which consolidated bilateral relations.
HRH the Premier hailed the role of the Thai community in supporting development in the Kingdom of Bahrain, expressing respect and appreciation of their dedicated efforts. Thai Ambassador Thanis Na Songkhla thanked HRH the Premier for gracing the ceremony, hailing his keenness on strengthening joint cooperation. He reiterated his country’s keenness on expanding the aspects of cooperation with the Kingdom of Bahrain for the sake of the two friendly countries and peoples.
