Qatar Central Bank Holds Seminar on Qatari Economy, Development of Financial System

Doha, December 06 (QNA) - Qatar Central Bank (QCB) organized Thursday an introductory seminar on the Qatari economy and the development of the financial system in the state. The seminar, which was held in the presence of HE Governor of Qatar Central Bank Sheikh Abdullah bin Saud Al-Thani and their Excellencies Ambassadors of Asian countries in the State, reviewed the role of Qatar Central Bank and other regulators in the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing. A presentation was also made on the Qatari economy and its flexibility during the unjust siege imposed on the State. (QNA)
