Leadership congratulated on national days

Manama, Dec. 15 (BNA): HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and President of Bahrain Athletics Federation congratulated His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister, and HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, and the people of Bahrain on the occasion of the Kingdom of Bahrain's national celebrations on 16 and 17 of December, marking the anniversary of the establishment of the modern state of Bahrain as an Arab and Muslim country in 1783 by its founder Ahmed Al-Fateh, the 47th Anniversary of its accession to the UN as a full member and the 19th Anniversary of HM the King’s Accession to the Throne HH Shaikh Khalid said: "We congratulate all on this occasion that's dear to our hearts and is an opportunity to recall the huge achievements accomplished by the Kingdom under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. The national celebrations reflect to the world the true emotions, strong relations and loyalty between the wise Leadership and the people of Bahrain." HH Shaikh Khalid highlighted the big role and contribution of the youth in the development of Bahrain, mentioning the efforts and dedication of HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of HM the King for Charity and Youth Affairs, President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee to the youth and sports movement in Bahrain, in line with the vision of HM the King to empower and support the youth as a vital pillar in the development of Bahrain.
