HM King of Bahrain receives letter from Egyptian president

Manama, Dec. 30(BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa has today received an invitation from Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi to attend the inauguration of the Al-Fattah Al-Alim Mosque and the Nativity of Christ Cathedral in January. HM the King has received, at Al-Sakhir Palace, Egyptian Ambassador to Bahrain Suha Ibrahim Rifaat, who delivered to HM the King a letter from President Al-Sisi, enclosing an invitation to attend the opening ceremony. HM the King extended thanks and appreciation to President el-Sisi for the invitation, hailing deep-rooted historic and fraternal relations and steadily-growing cooperation between Bahrain and Egypt. He commended Egypt’s civilizational and historic role and landmark contribution to enriching human civilization by fostering the values of co-existence, tolerance, love and peace between religions and cultures.
