HM King of Bahrain receives thanks cable from Interior Minister

Manama, Jan. 1 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has received a cable of thanks and appreciation from Interior Minister, General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa. The Interior Minister extended heartfelt thanks, appreciation and gratitude to HM King Hamad following the issuance of a Royal Order promoting him to the rank of “General”. The minister expressed deepest pride and gratitude in the royal trust bestowed upon him, pledging to continue carrying out his patriotic duties with utmost responsibility and dedication, within his commitment to implementing HM the King’s directives to safeguard the kingdom’s security and stability so that the progress march goes ahead. The Interior Minister stressed that the kind royal gesture is a badge of honour that would motivate him to carry on his dedication in the service of the homeland, under HM the King’s leadership. He asserted that HM King Hamad’s wisdom and enlightened vision will always remain a source of inspiration for all the Interior Ministry’s affiliates who, he said, renew their loyalty to HM the King in serving the nation and preserving its capabilities and landmark achievements attained during the King’s prosperous era. The minister wished HM the King abundant health and happiness, as well as every success in continuing the kingdom’s progress march.
