Bahrain's Royal Court Minister congratulates National Guard president

Manama, Jan. 7 (BNA): Royal Court Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to His Highness General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, President of the National Guard, on his promotion by Royal Order to the rank of a "General" as well as on the National Guard’s 22nd anniversary, wishing him constant success, and the National Guard in its duty of preserving the nation's stability.
