MALAYSIAN DPM RECEIVES CHINESE LAWMAKERS
KUALA LUMPUR, March 23 (Bernama) -- Deputy Prime Minister Najib Razak met a delegation from the National People's Congress (NPC) of China at Parliament House here Monday.
The five-member delegation was led by NPC Vice-Chairman Li Jianguo.
The 30-minute meeting discussed current issues involving the two countries
including their parliamentary systems.
Earlier the delegation called on Senate President Abdul Hamid
Pawanteh and Deputy Senate Speaker Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar.
