Interior Ministry, AP-HP International sign agreement

Manama, Jan. 30(BNA): Under directives from the Minister of Interior General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Undersecretary Shaikh Nasser bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa signed an agreement with the French company (AP-HP International) to provide services for the National Ambulance Services. The French Ambassador to Bahrain, Cécile Longe, attended the signing ceremony. The Undersecretary highlighted that the project was a response to the requirements of citizens, valuing the directives of the Interior Minister for cooperation and speeding up the approval of the required agreements to activate the project. He also hailed that dedication and hard work of the committee assigned for the project. He highlighted the importance of close cooperation between Bahrain and France and the ties with the French company to benefit from its expertise in training physicians, paramedics and assistants. The agreement aims to enhance ambulance services and fast response for emergencies.
